What kind of "shape" do I need to be in to benefit from group training classes?

All fitness levels are welcomed. Each workout can be modified accordingly to your unique fitness level and functional ability.

How much is a drop-in day pass?

The first workout is always on us. We offer a FREE 1-day FIT Pass which you can get here. After that, you can purchase a monthly re-occurring membership or a 10-class punch card which can be used for drop-in workouts if you prefer not to have a monthly membership.

What if I have a pre-existing injury?

Our fitness coaches have been trained to work with individuals with pre-existing injuries. The movements will be modified and/or you’ll be given optional exercises. This is why we require everyone who would like to train at FIT Brea to attend a free 1:1 Fitness assessment. We’re able to identify weaknesses and learn about any injuries and past experiences.
